Mr. Koti Reddy Appidi
Mr. Koti Reddy Appidi is the visionary force behind Shaastra Life Sciences. With over 30 years of experience across chemicals, logistics, and agriculture, he is a seasoned entrepreneur who has built and scaled successful businesses. His journey began on the shop floor giving him a ground-level understanding of operations that continues to shape Shaastra's culture today. A dynamic leader, a natural problem-solver, and a master networker, Mr. Koti Reddy founded Shaastra in 2019 as a strategic expansion of his business empire. His experience, relationships, and instinct for opportunity remain the cornerstone of everything Shaastra stands for.
Mr. Shiva Pulla Reddy Appidi
Mr. Shiva Pulla Reddy Appidi is the Co-Founder and Head of Operations at Shaastra Life Sciences. A Indian School of Business (ISB) graduate, Shiva began his career as a Management Trainee in the family business learning procurement and sales. When Shaastra was co-founded in 2019, he was there from the very first day, working on the shop floor before rising to lead the entire business. Today, he oversees business operations, and the company's long-term growth strategy. Shiva's vision is clear build a brand the world trusts, take Shaastra global, and never compromise on quality.
